Fast-moving showers and a few storms will taper off tonight. Winds will also back off.

The upper level low in southern Georgia right now will exit slowly into the Atlantic on Monday.

It still will be close enough to keep it breezy and cause a few showers. Monday's rain chance is 20 percent.

There will be more sunshine and it will still be breezy. Without the low nearby, the rain chance drops even more for Tuesday.

The pattern will support north winds starting Tuesday to northeast winds by mid-week as high pressure to the west transitions east.

Eventually flow moves more directly easterly Friday as deep layer moisture re-gathers in response to a low pressure system moving out of Texas late week.

So at least through mid-week, we can enjoy less humidity and morning temperatures a little below normal. Temperatures and dew points edge up toward the weekend. Low rain chances will return as well.
