Pasco Sheriff's detectives have canceled a Silver Alert for 78-year-old William Hill of Holiday.
He has been found safe.
Authorities located Hill during a traffic stop at State Road 52 and Secretariat Road in Land O' Lakes.
Deputies said Williams suffers from Alzheimer's Disease, kidney disease and seizures.
They said he told his wife he was "going north" after an argument.
