Tampa police say a driver crashed into a Twistee Treat, then fled the scene on foot.
The driver crashed into the Twistee Treat, located at 8810 New Tampa Blvd., then left the car behind when the driver ran from the scene, police say.
The vehicle was impounded. Police are continuing their investigation.
