The owners of a coffee shop, a furniture gallery and a skincare boutique are working together to boost sales in Seminole Heights this holiday season.

"It's a whole new environment for us," said Greg Curtis, owner of Cleanse Apothecary, a skincare boutique.

Cleanse Apothecary, the Blind Tiger Café, and Christopher Wayne Home are now housed under one roof to create a unique shopping experience for customers.

"You no longer have to get in your car and stop here, get in your car to go to Cleanse and then get in your car to get some coffee," said David Hansen, owner of Christopher Wayne Home. "It's all in one."

The concept has already alleviated some of the frustration that comes with being a small business owner. They share marketing costs and their customer base to increase sales.

"It's like we're here networking and supporting each other," Curtis said.

The business owners said it's a winning strategy that could make this holiday season more successful than ever.

Cleanse Apothecary, the Blind Tiger Café and Christopher Wayne Home are taking part in the third annual Seminole Heights Shop Hop on Saturday. It's an event that kicks off the holiday season and encourages shoppers to shop local. Fourteen stores in Seminole Heights are participating by offering discounts, refreshments and prizes.
