Creative minds are hard at work making beautiful pieces of art inside Harborside Studios in Safety Harbor.

"I make big bows, anything that they want me to make," said Holly, one of the artists.

The art studio and gallery is made possible thanks to the Arc Tampa Bay. The studio provides individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the chance to get creative and crafty, and to bring their one-of-a-kind art to life.

"Painting is good for me," said Vinny, who is one of the artists with paintings up in the gallery.

The artists at Harborside Studios sell their art to the public and get the chance to earn their own paychecks.

“Each one of us wants to have a job that means something to us, and they have that here at Harborside,” Arc Tampa Bay Foundation Executive Director Madison Hauenstein said.

"It's a dream,” said Holly. “I like coming here because I can be free and I can create what I want to create."

"When I make something for everyone, it makes people feeling happy," said Vinny.
