A rather stagnant weather pattern will continue through the remainder of the weekend.  Surface and upper level high pressure will continue to hold over the region, resulting in mild days and nights and very little in the way of shower activity.

Overnight, as low levels cool beneath an inversion, we should start to see low clouds develop across northern interior portions of Florida.  Similar to this morning, low clouds will migrate southwestward through the morning hours.  Some patchy fog may also develop in these areas, lifting by late Sunday morning.  Heading into Sunday, conditions should generally remain the same as Saturday.

The work week starts out with lighter winds and mild temperatures.  The humidity will creep up some.

A cold front will be moving along the gulf coast by mid-week and into the bay area on Thursday. Moisture moving in as the front approaches will support a chance of showers, starting late Wednesday. Expect the bulk of the upper energy to remain north of the area, limiting thunderstorms.

Surface high pressure in the wake of the front builds in from the southern plains to New England later Friday.

No big cool-down is expected behind this front.

Temperatures start off above normal for the work week then slowly decrease to just above normal by Saturday.
