An Apollo Beach man died late Sunday when he was involved in a crash with a semi in Hillsborough County.
The crash happened at 10:32 p.m. on U.S. 41 near Raleigh Street.
Kevin James Davis, 38, was driving south on U.S. 41 when investigators say a semi turned into his path, and his 2011 BMW crashed into the trailer.
Davis died from his injuries at the scene of the crash.
A second semi, which was also heading south, hit the debris from the crash.
Neither semi driver was injured in the crash.
Officials say charges may be pending.
