A new beach resort is set to open early next year in Treasure Island.
The Treasure Island Beach Resort, being built at 10800 Gulf Boulevard will open in February, hotel officials have announced.
The hotel will feature 77 one- and two-bedroom units, which are all suites. There will also be a beachfront pool and sundeck, a fitness center, restaurant and, of course, gulf-front views.
The property will offer "a refreshing blend of casual beachfront luxury and the charming ambiance of Treasure Island," according to a release.
Ocean Properties, the company behind the new resort, also built Clearwater resorts Sandpearl and Opal Sands.
