Authorities early Wednesday arrested a Land O' Lakes woman they say was driving head-on toward a toward a Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputy on Citrus Park Drive.
Martha Ocasio, 48, was charged with driving under the influence after providing blood alcohol content samples of .142 and .139, deputies said. Florida law presumes impairment when a driver's BAC level reaches .08.
The sheriff's office says Ocasio was driving east in the westbound lanes of Citrus Park Drive in front of Westfield Citrus Park mall around around 3:10 a.m. A deputy, who was traveling the right way in the same lane, changed her path of travel, circled around and pulled Ocasio over.
