Redington Beach officials are considering a move to monthly meetings.
The Town Commission currently gathers twice a month, normally on the first and third Tuesday.
During the most recent meeting, Town Attorney Robert Metz suggested less frequent meetings as a cost cutting measure.
Metz suggested officials meet once a month.
A new ordinance is needed to alter the current schedule.
Commissioners may vote on the measure after two separate readings.
