The intersection of Nebraska Avenue and Floribraska Avenue in Tampa was closed due to an early-morning crash and police investigation.
According to Tampa police, the intersection was closed for several hours after two vehicles collided and at least one struck a power pole.
The pole was sheared in half and live wires fell into the street. The crash disrupted power in the area for several hours.
Police said after the crash, one vehicle drove off. The driver of the second vehicle ran from the scene.
Police are searching for both drivers.
