The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating the discovery of three bodies at a Tampa home as an apparent murder-suicide.
Deputies responded to 911 call from 18301 Sturbridge Court just before noon Saturday. Deputies said two women and a man, who are related to each other, were found dead.
According to deputies, the deceased are Sofia Kefalas, 52, Bessie Kefalas, 85 and Vasilios Tsioros, 66.
All three lived at the home.
Deputies said Bessie was the mother in law of both Sofia and Vasilios. Sofia had been married to Bessie's son who is dead and Vasilios had been married to
Bessie's daughter who is also dead.
The bodies were discovered when a co-worker of one of the victims came to the home to check after the person didn't show up to work. The co-worker went to the back of the house and saw the three bodies inside.
Detectives had to wait several hours for a search warrant before entering the home.
The medical examiners office will determine how the people died.
