A Holiday woman was arrested Friday after cell phone video surfaced that shows her instigating a fight between her 13-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old girl, authorities said.

Tabitha Anne Bennett, 33, faces charges of child abuse, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and simple battery. The incident happened April 12 near Moog Road and Colonial Hills Drive and was captured on cell phone cameras and posted to social media, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office said.

Bennett is accused of contacting the 14-year-old through Facebook and telling her she would bring her daughter to the location so they could fight.

"Once there, Bennett exited her vehicle holding a knife in her hand and told those gathered she would not allow anyone to join the fight," the sheriff's office said in a news release. "During the fight, Bennett was seen yelling and encouraging her daughter to 'get on top' (of the other girl)."

At some point, deputies say, Bennett kicked the 14-year-old in her upper left side and pulled her to the ground by her hair, which allowed her daughter to gain control and continue fighting.

The sheriff's office said it would not release the video because it is evidence in a child abuse case.
