Strong thunderstorms swept through the Bay area on Thursday, bringing strong winds and damage.

The storms brought so much rainfall to parts of the Bay area that a flood advisory was in effect for Manatee and north-central Sarasota counties.

As of 4:30 p.m., Bradenton received more than three inches of rain, while Pinellas Park received nearly two and a half inches. See the rainfall totals in your city.

Today's high temperatures reached the mid to upper 80s.
