Three teenagers were involved in a single-car crash early Wednesday in Palm Harbor, and two of them were seriously injured, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Troopers said the teens, all age 18, were in a Nissan Altima that crashed at Westlake Boulevard and Nebraska Avenue at 12:14 a.m.

Joseph Albert Cline of Palm Harbor was driving south on the boulevard when he lost control of the Altima, which rotated, traveled into the center media and then crashed into a large tree, the FHP said.

Cline and a female passenger, Brooklyn Kali-Bleu Bridges of Tarpon Springs, were seriously injured. Another passenger, Jacob Wilson of Palm Harbor, suffered minor injuries. All three were taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, troopers said.

The crash remains under investigation.
