Claude Hibbard finally got to do something he's wanted to do for 25 years.

He jumped out of a plane for the first time two weeks ago for his 78th birthday but for him, things were a little different as he fell to the earth.

Hibbard is legally blind and can really only see outlines and shadows, but the jump was still the thrill of a lifetime.

"I could see patterns on the ground," he said. "My vision is not good but I can do basically what I want to do."

A 40 second free fall at 120 miles per hour and Claude loved it.

"It takes your breath," he said.

As he was flying through the air with a big smile on his face, Hibbard realized something, he wants to jump again very soon.

"I think everyone should do it," he said. "It's an awesome, awesome experience."

Hibbard isn't slowing down after his latest adventure. He plans to do some water skiing next.
