The man police say hit and killed a woman on a motorcycle while driving the wrong way and repeatedly ignored a Plant City police officer's command to pull over is out of jail - again.

Osbaldo Campos, 21, bonded out of jail early Friday after being jailed a second time on charges stemming from a crash earlier this week.

Campos was first arrested and charged with two counts of failure to obey a lawful command on Tuesday, but met his bond and was later released.

On Thursday, Campos was arrested on a higher charge of vehicular homicide and transported to Orient Road Jail. He bonded out early Friday.

According to police Campos was driving the wrong way when Claudia Alderman, 59, of Plant City, was hit head-on by a 2-door Nissan at W. Reynolds Street and and N Mobley Street around 11:44 p.m. Monday. She was transported to Tampa General Hospital, where she died.

The wrong-way Nissan was spotted by an officer who was headed east on E Reynolds Street, a one-way eastbound roadway in the area of N Michigan Avenue. The officer made at least two attempts to pull over Campos before the fatal crash, according to police.

Alderman is survived by three daughters and four grandchildren.

A makeshift memorial has been set up at the scene of the crash.
