A kitten seen hanging upside down by its paw from a telephone wire is back on the ground, thanks to a deputy and TECO employee.
A concerned resident saw the cat and contacted a nearby sheriff’s office substation on 142nd in Tampa.
A deputy there contacted TECO.
“The kitty was hard to get to, but they did not give up,” wrote the viewer, Kathy. "I thought the officer and the TECO gentleman deserve some kind of recognition."
