A Palm Harbor man is heading to court in Massachusetts to face arraignment in connection with the slaying of his neighbor more than three decades ago.

The Norfolk, Mass. district attorney's office says 57-year-old Keith Butler is scheduled to be arraigned Monday on a single count of murder stemming from the January 1981 death of Francis X. Hussey.

The 41-year-old Hussey was found beaten to death in the kitchen of his Braintree home. Hussey and Butler lived two doors apart and knew each other.

Butler was twice tried for murder in Hussey's death, but both trials ended in hung juries.

Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey says Butler was indicted last month based on old evidence that underwent modern forensic testing.

It's unclear if Butler has an attorney.
