A Bradenton woman was found dead in her pool Friday morning.
Isabel Wetz, 55, was found shortly before 9 a.m. in the pool at her home in 3000 block of 73rd Street E.
According to Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Wetz's boyfriend told them Wetz went to bed Thursday night while he was up watching TV. The following morning, he couldn't find her so he went looking for her.
He eventually found her floating face down in the pool, deputies said. Deputies said Boyette told them he jumped in the pool and tried to revive Wetz, but it was too late.
An autopsy will be performed to determine Wetz's cause of death.
