A Tampa man was arrested in connection with a fatal motorcycle accident that happened April in Clearwater.
Jerome Robertson, 38, is facing charges of vehicular homicide in the crash, which happened April 18.
According to Clearwater police, Roberson was riding a 2004 Suzuki motorcycle west on Court Street when he lost control and hit a curb at Prospect Avenue.
His passenger, Rachel Nicole Perkins, 22, of Tampa, died at the scene of the crash.
Roberson was treated for minor injuries at St. Joseph's Hospital, then released.
Investigators said they determined Roberson was driving at a high rate of speed and in a reckless manner when he crashed.
Roberson was arrested and taken to the Pinellas County Jail, where he is being held on $75,000 bail.
