A coyote rescued behind a flower pot at an insurance agency in Tampa has been transported to Nanny's Educational Zoo.

The coyote pup was rescued by A All Animal Control of Tampa Bay, which made arrangements to take the critter to Nanny's Educational Zoo in Lutz.

Experts say the coyote was most likely looking for food when it was found near the building on Fletcher Avenue.

The coyote was taken to the zoo for a check up, but is expected to be released back into the wild.

"I would let it go," said Nanny Toller, owner of Nanny's Educational Zoo. "Just leave it alone. It's gonna migrate no matter where you put it.

"You could bring it in Pasco County and its gonna migrate back to Hillsborough County that's just what they do. They travel around trying to food. If they can't find it in that area they'll go to another area find it. They'll travel for miles."
