A possible sinkhole has opened up at a Dunedin triplex, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
The triplex is located at 409 Locklie Street.
The landlord said he recently had some sinkhole repairwork done, and some cracks appeared inside a unit.
Tenants were evacuated out of an "abundance of caution," until they can get engineers on the scene.
