It was a breezy day on Friday with gusty showers and storms making their way onshore periodically.

Not much lightning happened, but even the showers were able to produce wind gusts to around 40 mph.

A waterspout was sighted off of Clearwater Beach just after 11:30 a.m. It stayed well offshore.

Showers and storms moved more quickly today, but many areas saw three to four rounds of showers.

Saturday looks very similar. Rain chance is 80 percent, and showers and storms will start early along the coast.
