Authorities haven't said if they know what caused a fire that destroyed an abandoned historic cigar factory in Tampa's Palmetto Beach community early Sunday.

The fire broke out around 12:30 a.m. at the vacant building located at 201 N 26th Street. It damaged the first, second and third floors, collapsing all four sides. No injuries were reported.

Firefighters needed about two hours to get the fire under control. No injuries were reported.

Investigators have estimated the damage at about $284,000.
