Hillsborough County firefighters responded to an RV fire that spread to a mobile home early Monday in Riverview.

It started just after 4 a.m. at 8616 Henderson Street, near Riverview Drive, and spread to a shed and a mobile home, displacing two families, Hillsborough County Fire Rescue said. No injuries were reported.

Firefighters said by the time they arrived, the flames from the 30-foot-long RV had jumped to the neighboring mobile home and shed. The RV was destroyed.

Officials said one person inside of the RV was able to escape.

Worried about the fire spreading to even more structures, crews call in extra personnel and the fire was quickly extinguished.

Officials have not determined the cause of the fire but said it appears to be accidental.
