A 21-year old woman has been charged with the murders of her mother and stepfather in their Carrollwood-area Tampa home.

Nicole Nachtman, 21, is facing two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her mother, Myriam Dienes, and her stepfather, Robert Dienes.

Myriam Dienes, 56, was found dead in a driveway Friday morning near her house in Carrollwood Village. Robert Dienes, 67, was found dead inside the couple’s home.

Deputies have not released a motive for the crime.

Nachtman was detained in Tallahassee on Friday. Charges were issued Friday night and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

On Saturday, Nachtman was booked into the Leon County jail. She appeared before a judge and is being held without bond.

At some point, she will be transferred back to Hillsborough County.

Neighbors called 911 Thursday night after they heard gunshots in the area of Fennsbury Drive. Deputies arrived and found the couple’s bodies.

During the course of the investigation, Nachtman was identified as a possible suspect.

Deputies were in the neighborhood through Saturday gathering forensic evidence.

Investigators aren’t saying at this point whether they think anyone else was involved with the crime.
