A new parking rate schedule has been approved for Ybor City's Centro Ybor and Fernando Noriega Palm Avenue parking garages and its three surface parking lots.
The following rates are effective immediately:
$1 per hour with a maximum rate of $9 after 8 hours in the following Ybor City Garages:
Centro Ybor Parking Garage - 1500 E. 5th Avenue
Fernando Noriega Palm Avenue Garage - 2010 N. 13th Street
$1 per hour at the following 3 City Surface Lots
Ybor City Lot #3 - 1701 N. 19th Street
Ybor City Lot #5 - 1812 N. 19th Street
Ybor City Lot #6 - 1813 N. 19th Street
Restricted access monthly parking at both City garages lots - $27
Unrestricted access monthly parking (24/7) monthly rates - $55
Reserved Access (24/7) Garages only - reserved parking spaces -$90
