A much drier pattern is with us for tonight and the next several days as drier air aloft keeps rain chances low.

There will be a slight chance of showers through tomorrow. Temperatures will be hot and the humidity high, but the dryness aloft will limit shower and thunderstorm coverage.

Rain chances look to increase a bit over the holiday weekend, but there are still no major systems heading our way.

As we head toward the peak of the Atlantic Hurricane Season, we don’t see anything going on in the tropics through the holiday weekend and beyond.
