Woman drove wrong way on U.S. 19, charged with DUI, police say

Police said a woman was arrested and charged with DUI after she drove the wrong way on U.S. 19.

The incident occurred early Sunday.

Police released video of the incident on Facebook and said Anna Marie Sosa, 43, was driving north in the southbound lanes near Klosterman Road.

Sosa passed an officer, who turned around and stopped her.

Before she was stopped, however, police said she hit the bumper of a vehicle that tried to avoid her.

The man and woman inside that vehicle weren't hurt.
