Bay News 9 hosted a group of voters Wednesday night during the debate.

A group of first-time, experienced and undecided voters gathered in the Bay News 9 studio to watch Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump's third debate.

The event prompted a variety of responses from the group, including gasps, nods and even some laughs.

First-time voter Rasheeda Slaughter, a millennial who was once undecided, said she was closer to making up her mind after watching the final debate.

"I was waiting to hear some sort of change on Donald Trump’s attitude," Slaughter said, "especially with everything that has come up during these weeks, and I think I made a decision. He reassured my decision today and he’s still doing that."

Slaughter's parents are on the other end of the spectrum.

"She (Hillary) said what she was going to do and everything that she said she was going to do here," Sofia Slaughter said. "He (Donald) has not said. I do not understand what he is willing to do. He’s saying what the problems are, but I don’t understand his explanation of what he’s going to do."

Other panelists weighed in with their thoughts on the debate:

Democrat Velma Thompson: "Where I look at is the fact that she has the experience to run the country. She seems to have the passion for our youth, which means an awful lot to me as well as our elderly and our middle class. So if I had to look at the both of them, Mrs. Clinton is who I would choose."

Undecided voter Chalres Baxter: "I haven’t 100 percent decided yet, but (the debate) put her in a more favorable position for me. However, it’s tough for me to lean at all toward Hillary so I’m still holding out hope for Donald."
