Maybe you should watch your mouth, or at least what you're putting in it.

According to a new study, people who suffer from migraines could have a higher amount of bacteria in their mouths.

The bacteria can increase the nitric oxide in your bloodstream, leading to a migraine.

FOODS THAT TRIGGER
Tyramine – aged and fermented foods like cheeses, sausages,
Monosodium glutamate (msg) – fast food, Chinese food, broths, seasoning, spices
Nitrates – lunch meats, hot dogs,
Aspartane – fake sweeteners (equal)
Alcohol / caffeine – red wine, coffee
