The Villages at Riverwalk is a 521-unit rental complex going up where Glazier Gates Park used to be located.
A lawsuit was filed this time last year by residents who were upset that the park was moved. That legal move caused a delay in construction up until May of 2016 when the suit was dismissed.
An appeal that was filed in June has led to oral arguments in this case and if opponents are able to win this round, it could undo the work that's been done.
