St. Petersburg Police is investigating the discovery of a man's body in a drainage pond Thursday afternoon.
Officials said officers were called to the pond near 47th Avenue N and 3rd Street N shortly before 4 p.m. in reference to the body. The body is that of an adult white male.
Investigators have released no other information at this time, except that the body had no obvious signs of trauma.
