Four days remain in the 2016 Florida Senior Games in Clearwater and Pinellas County. Athletes of age 50 and over compete in 12 sports.

Athletes have traveled to the games from 379 Florida cities, 42 states, Puerto Rico, Canada and the Bahamas.

Saturday, Dec. 10

  • Cycling (20K & 40K Road Race) - Crest Lake Park, Clearwater, 7:30 a.m.
  • Powerlifting - Safety Harbor Community Center, 7:30 a.m.
  • Pickleball - The Long Center & North Greenwood Recreation Complex, 8:00 a.m.
  • Track & Field (Field Events) - Clearwater High School, 8:00 a.m.
  • Basketball  Shooting - Ross Norton Recreation Center, Clearwater, 8:30 a.m.
  • 5K Race Walk/Power Walk - John Chestnut Sr. Park, Palm Harbor, 8:30 a.m.
  • Road Race - 5K - John Chestnut, Sr. Park, Palm Harbor, 8:30 a.m.
  • Billiards - Strokers Sports Bar and Grill, Clearwater, 10:00 a.m.
  • Bag Toss - Strokers Sports Bar and Grill, Clearwater, 11:00 a.m.
  • Basketball  3-on-3 - Ross Norton Recreation Center, Clearwater, TBD

Sunday, Dec. 11

  • Race Walk 1500 Meter - Clearwater High School, 9:15 a.m.
  • Track & Field (Running Events) - Clearwater High School, 9:45 a.m.
  • Billiards - Strokers Sports Bar and Grill, Clearwater, 10:00 a.m.

The games will return to the Clearwater/Pinellas County area in 2017 and 2018. More than 45,000 athletes have competed in the Florida Senior Games since its inception in 1992.
