Here's what you need to know about the Tampa Bay area's weather forecast for Monday:

There will be partly cloudy skies today with sprinkles and isolated showers. The rain chance is 10 percent.

By Monday afternoon, the temperatures will climb to the mid to upper 70s.

Surface high pressure will shift to the east with southeast winds and increasing moisture tonight.

Areas of dense fog will develop tonight. Low temperatures will be in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Tuesday will feature partly cloudy skies and warm weather, with high temperatures in the mid 70s near the coast to the low 80s inland.

The warm and more humid air will also allow for a threat of sea fog over the cooler waters along the coast and Tampa Bay Tuesday and Wednesday.

A strong low pressure system will be lifting northeast across the midwest and great lakes Tuesday and Wednesday.

Rain chances will begin late Wednesday, then increase on Thursday.

Thursday's rain chance is 70 percent.
