Here's what you need to know about Tampa Bay area weather for Sunday:

  • Nice weather to continue
  • Plenty of sunshine

Skies will be mostly clear overnight into early Monday morning, but there will be areas of fog Monday morning that will be thick in spots. The fog will burn off within a couple hours after sunrise. Morning lows will be in the mid to upper 50s, but low 50s for far northern counties.

Monday will be another beautiful spring-like day. Skies will feature a mix of sun and clouds. High temperatures will reach the mid to upper 70s, with some spots inland even touching 80. There will be a 10 percent chance of a late day shower.

Monday night will be partly cloudy with lows in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Tuesday will be warm with highs near 80. There will be a 30 percent chance of a passing rain shower. Tuesday night will be partly cloudy with an isolated shower possible. Lows will be in the low to mid 60s.

Wednesday will feature a cold front moving into the region. Therefore expect a line of showers headed in our direction. Highs will still make it into the mid to upper 70s before the front arrives. The rain will move out by Wednesday night.

Thursday and Friday will be much cooler.
