The Orlando woman who made national news and was acquitted in 2011 in the murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee is trying her hand at a photography business in West Palm Beach, Florida.

We obtained the documents Anthony, 29, filed with the Florida Department of State to register her new business: Case Photography, LLC. Anthony paid $160 to establish the business as a limited liability company operating from January 1 onward.

One lady who has a lot of questions about this new venture is Nancy Grace of our CNN partners. Grace, who coined the phrase “Tot Mom” responded to a tweet our very own Trey Paul sent her. Grace tweeted: Opens her own photography business? Imagine Tot Mom hovering around your child’s birthday party.”

Grace later went on to ask: “Why would people want Tot Mom to be their photographer? At what? The christening of their baby? Family photos? Like they’re going to invite her into their home to take pictures?”

We’re still working to learn exactly what Anthony will be photographing.
