The second of two teenagers who escaped from a detention center in Hillsborough County was taken into custody Tuesday morning.
According to St. Petersburg Police, the 17-year-old was found at 9:50 a.m. at 320 Northeast Blvd. North. An unknown caller alerted police that the teen was at the home.
He was taken into custody without incident.
The teen and 18-year-old Anthony Bays escaped from Falkenburg Academy in Hillsborough County on Jan. 31.
The two were at the detention center after being arrested on grand theft charges. The two escaped the facility during otudoor recreation time.
Bay was found Thursday by St. Petersburg officers in a vacant house at 251 Davison Ave. NE.
