Congresswoman Kathy Castor is heading back to Cuba.

The U.S. representative from Tampa will join President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama on their historic visit to Cuba March 21-22.

Castor has long been outspoken about the U.S. embargo against Cuba being lifted.

In fact, this visit will be Castor's third to the island nation, her last coming just last month.

While in Cuba, Castor and the Obama will watch the Tampa Bay Rays play the Cuban National Team in an exhibition game.

Obama will be the first U.S. president to visit Cuba in nearly 90 years.
