A 2-year-old boy was pulled from a pond Wednesday afternoon in Pasco County.
According to Pasco Fire Rescue, emergency personnel responded to 9235 Yellow Lake Drive in New Port Richey just before 7 p.m.
Fire Rescue performed life-saving efforts on the child, who was transported by helicopter to a Tampa hospital.
Officials did not say how the boy got into the pond or what his current condition is.
