A 35-year-old Palm Harbor man has been arrested and charged with sexual battery on a teenager.

Detectives from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Crimes Against Children Unit arrested Jeffery S. Miller on Sunday.
According to detectives, a witness saw Miller having inappropriate contact with the teenage victim at a private residence in Pinellas County. After being confronted by the witness, Miller turned himself in at the Pinellas Sheriff's Office North District Station in Dunedin.
Detectives interviewed Miller and determined that there were multiple incidents where Miller had inappropriate sexual activity with the victim. The first incident occurred in or around November 2014.
Miller was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual battery.
