The man suspected of fatally shooting a Bartow woman Saturday night was taken into custody in Orlando on Monday afternoon, police said.

Emily Tensley, 27, was shot at her home during a fight with an ex-boyfriend, identified by Bartow Police as Patrick Christopher Panton, 22.
The shooting happened at the Azalea Gardens apartment complex at 1050 Golfview Ave. just after 8 p.m. Police said during the altercation, Panton shot Tensley once in her abdomen with a small caliber handgun and then fled the complex.
Tensley was found on the floor of a breezeway of the apartment complex. Polk County EMS took her to Bartow Regional Medical Center, where she died.
Detectives obtained a warrant for Panton's arrest on charges of second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Panton was found in Orlando after an anonymous tip came into law enforcement and was taken into custody without incident, police said.
