Lake Wales suspect Wesley Grace, 31, is facing 30 more charges- bringing the total to 69.
New charges include multiple counts of grand theft. Deputies say the crime spree started May 1 with the theft of an ATV.
During the next month and a half, deputies say Grace stole a golf cart, go-cart, Ford F-250 pickup truck with a motorized wheelchair in the back, 2006 Kia, and multiple firearms – all on separate occasions throughout Polk County.
He also faces several counts of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, burglary charges, and attempted theft of a semi truck and Kubota tractor.
Deputies say Grace stole a flatbed truck and tried to avoid capture by shooting at a sheriff's office helicopter, prompting a three-day manhunt.
He was arrested Saturday with the help of a canine unit.
