A Mulberry High School teacher arrested last month for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old female student has been fired.
Jason Argo, 34, has been charged with three counts of sexual battery by custodian on a victim between 12 and 18 years old.
Argo had been an employee of Polk County Schools since 2010 and earned an annual salary of $46,752.
