A man was shot and killed Monday night in a home invasion in Tampa.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a home invasion call at a mobile home park at 219 Bywater Drive in the Town 'N Country area.
Deputies found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
Authorities said three armed suspects approached the mobile homes, confronted people outside of the home and inside. The victim was shot inside of the home.
Deputies said they do not believe the incident was random.
Authorities are investigating the case and no further information has been released as of yet.
