The scattered storms we saw today were heavy, but there were not as many as yesterday. Any lingering storms this evening will wind down with partly cloudy skies overnight into early Tuesday morning.
Lows will be in the low to mid 70s inland with upper 70s near the coast.
Tuesday will feature sunny to partly cloudy skies with a 30 percent coverage of scattered storms in the afternoon to evening. So the coverage will be lower than the past couple days, but the storms that do form will still be very intense with abundant lightning.
High temperatures Tuesday afternoon will top out in the low to mid 90s.
