Real estate company Marcus & Millichap says it’s had more than 55 calls and countless emails from prospective buyers since listing the property Wednesday afternoon.
They aren't releasing an asking price other than to say it's 8 digits.
Some of the potential buyers include pension fund advisors, life insurance advisors, real estate investment trusts and private real estate investors.
The Sundial is currently home to such tenants like Ruth Chris Steak House and Muvico Theaters.
According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Bill Edwards bought Sundial, formerly known as Baywalk, for $5.2 million in 2011.
