An investigation is underway after a Jeep Liberty was found submerged in South Pasadena, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said.

- Vehicle was removed from the water
Deputies received a call about the submerged vehicle at about 7:13 a.m. Saturday. Marine units were dispatched to an area near 6810 Gulfport Boulevard South.
When they arrived they found the bronze-colored sport utility vehicle under water with a broken rear window. No one was found inside.
The vehicle was removed from the water.
No additional information has been released at this time.
