Norris Dail Jr., 26, and the vehicle described below are still being sought.

PREVIOUS STORY: A Florida Amber Alert has been issued for a missing child, and authorities are also investigating a woman's death.

The alert was issued Wednesday afternoon for Norris Dail Jr., a black/Hispanic boy who is 4 years old. He is 41 inches tall, weighs 32 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities said he was last seen in the 3800 block of University Blvd. South in Jacksonville.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office also posted on Facebook that a woman was found dead inside a Southside home. The cases are believed to be related.

The child may be in the company of Norris Dail Sr., 26. He is 6 feet tall, 210 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and wearing a light gray shirt with black shorts.

Officials said they may be traveling in a 2000 silver Mitsubishi Galant with Maryland specialty tag number 1BK9546. The specialty tag is Baltimore Ravens.

There is also a Baltimore Ravens sticker on one of the windows.
